I had a poor experience at this location. Kassie told me that they did not have an oil filter for my Toyota. She wanted me to go to another store and bring it there to get my oil changed. Its not the responsibility of the customer to compensate for poor leadership. Walmart wasted my time.

I don’t understand why Kassie and all the other employees are soooo stressed and talking aggressive with you like it’s craaaazzyy. I guess garbage customer service attitude is the main requirements to work here, it’s soooo bad like 3th world countries prob nicer than this people. As soon as I pulled up, manager called Kassie literally yelled at me to stay in the car, raised her voice and everything, which I was outside of the working area.
