Maybe its just me 🤔 idk, but every time i go to get oil change, or tires rotated, or even ask a simple question... 🤷 something's always the matter! Like no help, or maybe even short staffed... But It's Everytime... *Like i said, maybe its just me...
I arrived on time for oil change appointment, they checked me in, made me wait for over an hour, then my car magically disappeared from their portal. I asked what was going on, only to find out that they totally forgot about it. I had to go into the garage and ask their mechanics to start working on my car. I had to be somewhere which was very important but I missed it because of their mismanagement. Jessie, the lady at the counter is rude, careless, doesn't value your time.
Today I went for an oil change on my vehicle. Entering Walmart, I was welcomed with a smile and a positive knowledgeable attitude. I chose Walmart for my auto care needs because, the value that I’m always Presented with. I Found that shopping at Walmart is always a win-win situation.
I had a poor experience at this location. Kassie told me that they did not have an oil filter for my Toyota. She wanted me to go to another store and bring it there to get my oil changed. Its not the responsibility of the customer to compensate for poor leadership. Walmart wasted my time.
