0 Stars — Completely Frustrating Experience My experience was absolutely frustrating. I purchased and prepaid tires online and booked an appointment, yet it took 4 hours to get my tires changed—and that’s after my car sat in the lot for 2 hours before they even took it in. Even after taking the car in, if it truly takes 2 hours to change tires, this shop needs serious introspection about their operations. Would do 0stars if I could me and my husband have been sitting up here for FOUR HOURS waiting for them to put on tires that were bought and shipped THROUGH THEM and after sitting and waiting and asking if they needed anything if it’s all good they told us that they have to cancel our tire job cause they not have the right tool for the lug nuts on my car ! Mind you we got here early at 1:30pm before my 2pm appointment WAITED TWO HOURS before they even started on my car for them to tell me at 5:50pm that they had to cancel…in ... read more
