Service sucked, blame their shortcomings on them being, short-staffed. My tires didn't get checked or air put in them, windshield wiper fluid was not filled. I asked for synthetic not confident that is what I got. When asked about the synthetic oil, Talked to me like to me I'm an unintelligent female. "It doesn't matter what type of oil you get. They all use the same mileage"...... That's actually not true. Synthetic is supposed to last longer. Also, if there was no difference in the oils then there wouldn't be so many diffe... read more

I scheduled a 7:00 AM tire appointment a week in advance and showed up right on time. The oil change customers were helped immediately, but no one came to assist me in the tire line. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally went inside and was told that only two technicians had shown up for work and they couldn’t take me. When I asked if they could offer any kind of courtesy — even a free install for the inconvenience — I was told there was nothing they could do and listed off other services they still would have to charge me for... read more
I called them and they hung up on me.
It would appear that this Walmart auto care center damaged the drain plug in my car so that it needs to be repaired. I would like to start the process for filing a claim because it can be fixed. But almost every time I call the line says that it is busy and to call back later. Be aware that if your car is damaged during an oil change at this Auto Center, other Walmart Auto Centers will not work on your car until you go back to this Auto Center to have it repaired.
