Have always gone there and had been patient even when I didn't get in to my appointment on time. But just this past weekend I scheduled my appointment at 9:30 got a message that they started working on my car. One hour and half later I had to literally walk over to desk to see what was taking so long and they said “oh we couldn’t change you’re oil the plug is broken, you can go to o’Reillys to get a new one and come back and we will change it for you.” Would have probably had to wait a whole other couple of hours to get it c... read more
Service sucked, blame their shortcomings on them being, short-staffed. My tires didn't get checked or air put in them, windshield wiper fluid was not filled. I asked for synthetic not confident that is what I got. When asked about the synthetic oil, Talked to me like to me I'm an unintelligent female. "It doesn't matter what type of oil you get.
