Absolutely horrible experience. I got an oil change here Sunday afternoon, by Monday morning my car left me stranded in the middle of the road on the way to work for an issue with the battery. Took it to AutoZone to get it checked, turns out the alternator has an issue. That morning I called to report the issues and spoke with an employee, but after that, nobody would answer the phone, not even when I tried again the following day (today). Checked my car in at 9 am, HAD an appt at 9 am they didn’t bring my car in till 11:30. Lady told us it would take 30 minutes to put the front 2 tires but the last car they took 2 hours. Don’t go here, go to your local Mexican tire shop they will get it done in 15 minutes
The worst place to get an oil change; I waited three hours even though there was only one car ahead of me. This place stinks—the workers just walk around, mill about, and chat; the last thing they do is focus on their work. I would never go back.
Terrible service from start to finish. Walked in to the register area and was told to go and talk with a tech at one of the bays because I’d booked online. Went out to find a tech and waited 5min until I went back inside because no one was there. Same desk guy, told him no one was out there and that I also needed to choose my oil type because I didn’t in my booking. This is the most unorganized auto shop I have ever visited. I was unlucky enough to break down right next to this Walmart. I thought I was in luck. I actually was super wrong! They misdiagnosed my car, and when I went back to tell them, they all told me they couldn’t do anything. All 3 auto car employees that I talked to (this includes a lead and a manager).
