Absurdly bad. If there was a negative stars option I would have chosen that. I brought a battery in to get it tested/ charged. Turns out the battery was bad, but instead of telling me that, the service advisor chose to blatantly lie to me about how a battery can't be tested if there's any scratches on the posts. Not only is that completely untrue, there were fresh metal shavings from where his clamps clearly made those scratches. I took my Jeep to Walmart Auto Care Center to get my tires changed and had one of their technicians handle the job. I specifically told them I wanted to keep my old tires, and they agreed. However, when I came back to pick up my car, I was shocked to find that my old tires were completely destroyed. The technician had skinned them down to the inner mesh, making them completely unusable.
