ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! I have never had worse experience!! I parked my car for a simple tire rotation, they asked me to turn my engine ON AND OFF MANY TIMES to get the “right mileage”. Then after I was away, they said the battery died and I needed to purchase their battery. Well the original battery was not old and would have been totally fine if you didn’t urging me to turn the car on and off many times!!! Extremely horrible experience we went to get an oil change around 9AM didn’t expect it to take too long waited an HOUR AND A HALF without them even getting started. We ended up leaving because we had an appointment to get to. When we expressed that we were dissatisfied the workers were rude and shamed us for not having an appointment as if it’s completely reasonable that a walk in oil change should take over an hour and half. We never got the oil change and they didn’t take off the emergency break when they gave us the car. ... read more
