Refused to change the battery for me even I got the battery in Walmart and it’s under warranty
Outstanding and Professional Service! I've been using their services for quite a while now primarily for oil changes and wheel work and I've never had a single issue. The team is consistently professional, polite, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s hard, hands-on work, and I truly appreciate their dedication and attitude. One of the best and most reliable auto service shops in Austin. Highly recommended!
Denise went above and beyond her call of duty. Even though the lobby was full of people, she was able to navigate person by person with efficiency and the utmost of customer service excellent skills. She deserves to be considered for management, and given a raise immediately. If I still owned my business, I would steal her away and hire her as my showroom manager. I recently bought tires online and pickup from this store, but soon realized they lacked proper T certification — something essential for road safety. Naturally, I tried to return them. According to the online instructions and emails I received, I was simply supposed to drop them off at the store for a refund and reorder the correct ones. Instead, I was met with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.
