Extremely horrible experience we went to get an oil change around 9AM didn’t expect it to take too long waited an HOUR AND A HALF without them even getting started. We ended up leaving because we had an appointment to get to. When we expressed that we were dissatisfied the workers were rude and shamed us for not having an appointment as if it’s completely reasonable that a walk in oil change should take over an hour and half. Awful 4 tires and had to drive back to get done.. 45 minute drive back !! Sad...just sad
This isn't it. You gotta watch them like a hawk. Especially if you are getting multiple services. They prioritize their friends and especially men. Really disrespectful and terrible experience. I don't know if the woman still runs this shop but it's obviously seriously mismanaged. Never has been run right and they are downright nasty to certain customers (women).
