Everything was going wrong. Car was a mess, there were long wait times at the auto center... then Jose came through for us. He made everything SO easy and guaranteed I would go back if I ever had an issue
Refused to change the battery for me even I got the battery in Walmart and it’s under warranty
Outstanding and Professional Service! I've been using their services for quite a while now primarily for oil changes and wheel work and I've never had a single issue. The team is consistently professional, polite, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s hard, hands-on work, and I truly appreciate their dedication and attitude. One of the best and most reliable auto service shops in Austin. Highly recommended!
Denise went above and beyond her call of duty. Even though the lobby was full of people, she was able to navigate person by person with efficiency and the utmost of customer service excellent skills. She deserves to be considered for management, and given a raise immediately. If I still owned my business, I would steal her away and hire her as my showroom manager.
