I purchased 4 new tires plus the install service appointment online. Staff were professional and service oriented. But Walmart’s systems are painfully faulty - from online appointments (expect to wait hours regardless), to disappearing records/accounts (don’t lose your PAPER receipt - you’ll need it when their work fails, yes, even in 2026), to unsafe install protocols (like standardizing the use of old/faulty valve stems). Messed up my oil change
I waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change. I saw people that got there after me leave before me. They told me it should take about an hour. If you need an oil change I highly recommend you go somewhere else cause they wasted over 3 hours of my time. I just got up and asked for my key and left.
