The service is pretty awful especially the cashier
Acudimos para hacer El cambio de llantas de nuestro vehiculos, nos atendieron y asignaron cita a las 4 pm por lo que esperamoa Al rededor se una hora . Luego esperamoa 2 horas y media mas para que Al final nos dijeran que no tenian las llantas disponibles. La persona del mostrado debería como minimo asegurarse de contar con la disponibilidad para realizar El servicio que esta aceptando y agendando. Una total falta de respeto. Y para como perdimoa la oportunidad de buscar Otro sitio donde si realizaran El servicio.
These reviews aren't exaggerating. You will likely have a terrible experience. I had an appointment at 5:00 p.m. for a tire replacement (just one tire) and an oil change. I check into my appointment at 4:45 p.m. As I'm walking around the store, an hour goes by and my car just sits in the parking lot. As I walk through the auto center garage, I notice no cars are being worked on, yet customers are waiting in the waiting room. Okay... Don’t ever come here for any automobile services. Made an APPOINTMENT for 4:30, show up EARLY @4:15, as instructed to do so, I check in, hand in my keys, am told that my auto will be prioritized because I made an appointment. I come back at 5:30, my car hasn’t even been pulled up to the service area yet, apparently because my keys were misplaced? Horrible service! Didn’t even get my oil changed. I wasted 2 hours there. Don’t EVER get your car serviced at a Walmart.
