I had a great experience at Norwood Walmart on August 16, 2025. John, Grant, and Sam were all very personable, professional, and helpful (and patient!). The auto center was very busy, I didn't have an appointment, and I need of two new tires. (I had the luxury of being able to wait which I'm sure took pressure off of them.) I was able observe them over the course of quite a while working with people from all walks of life and treating them with dignity and professionalism at each turn. Kudos. I went there to change my tires and I arrived home and I found one of my wheel hub cover was gone please make sure ur wheel hut installed correctly before u leave and also make sure ur oil nut is installer correctly and be ready for a long long wait
