This is the worst autocare I have ever seen. They kept me waited for 4 hours with no service guy attending it. Their front desk is pathetic. Atleast they gave my keys back. I beg people to not go there. Luckily we had Firestone infront, just go there.

Max Hernandez thank you so much for replacing my battery. I went to 2 different locations and they said they couldn’t help because of the type of car I have ( 2021 Infiniti Q50 ) Max was knowledgeable & very kind when assisting me & I am grateful! If you’re ever around the Norwood location & need new tires , new battery or an oil change go see them . The entire staff was helpful & super sweet .
