I had an appt for an oil change, I kept trying to ask if my car was going to go (I could see it in the parking lot still not getting worked on) but staff told me they were working on it. Finally i go out and ask technicians if it will ever go, they say its not in the system and finally start in it 1.5 hrs after my appt was supposed to start. I got there half an hour before my scheduled time. Still took hour and a half before oil change was done
charged me for tires that don’t even fit on my car and didn’t even put it on
