These guys don't want to work. I went to buy some tires and the guy was like I don't have those tires I only have these . Then I said ok then I'll buy these two . Then he comes back and says we don't have those we only have these again then I said ok I will buy these . He comes back and says I don't have those. Walmart should hire better employees.
I am so shocked they made me wait for 4 HOURS!!! Just for an OIL CHANGE!!! What the hell is this I literally didn’t eat and I’m still waiting and missed my other appointment. My day was fully spent at this auto care center !
I came on an appointment they didn’t provide clear instructions and made me wait over an hour and even people who came before me finished
Juan has the worst customer service. Wasted 2 hours of our time. We came in to warranty our a tire, told him they needed to check the tire. After installing the new tire they come and say they didn’t check the tire so the re did the whole process again just to tell us we couldn’t get the warranty.
Guy name Juan can catch these hands. Told him to check the tire if it had warranty and he said yes and then he said the warranty don’t cover and was trying to charge me a new tire.
