DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OIL CHANGE! They made me wait over 3 hours for my oil change and uncharged me because they claimed not to have the oil I needed for my car after I had been waiting for 2 hours. A few days later I had my car checked and those “mechanics” loosened all the bolts and left one out and I will show proof! They made me wait all that time just to not do it correctly!!
Make sure your employees speak English.. when your customers begin translating from Spanish for a customer service rep and customer service does not understand something as simple as can I pay.. something is off. Also waiting an hour and a half to close the bill is also not welcome.. changing oil should not be a 4 hour hustle involving translating and chasing workers. But actual work done is good.
Called Walmart several times to get connected to the auto care center; they either didn't respond or, finally, just left the phone off the hook and literally said nothing. I returned the tires I purchased--after having to go through Walmart customer service because the online option wasn't working--because it became clear that Walmart's auto team wasn't going to respond to phone calls. This was after the tire replacement I scheduled online with my tire order was cancelled randomly.
