Robert greeted me immediately and directed me which lane to pull into. Robert and Monte worked on my oil change with efficiency, kindness, and absolutely no price gouging or pressure. Their waiting area is a nice temperature with clean seats. Felix assisted me in checking out. The price was what they say. I had an appointment, and even though Robert said it might be 20-30minutes, I was out in 16 max. Joseph was amazing!!! Highly recommend this place, Joseph and the kind lady who answered the phone for excellent customer service and kindness especially at almost 7pm on a Sunday!!! Even though my tire couldn’t get fixed tonight they helped me change my spare at no cost. Literally God-sent place!!
I visited here today to get a tire change, but I had an unpleasant experience. The young lady did not behave professionally. When I asked another employee for help, she interfered and prevented him from assisting me. I only wanted to make an appointment, but she did not help me with that either.
