I took my car to Walmart Auto for a simple synthetic oil change. That’s it. Somehow, they managed to turn that into a total nightmare. After waiting about an hour and a half, I paid and went to my car. When I opened the door, there was oil all over the driver and passenger seats. The reviews are indeed, true. There were several of us standing at the counter waiting to be helped, the employees would look at us, move at a snails pace, and text in their phone. I needed an headlight bulb replaced. After thirty minutes of being ignored and comments from other customers mentioning they had been waiting for even longer, I finally left. These people do not want to work and they do not want to help customers. Management should really look into this.
I took my car for tire rotation and a flat tire as a walk-in because the Walmart app or website don't have an option for these services. The gentleman told me that it can take 2 to 2 and half hours, I said ok, I can wait. After two and half hours, my car was still there and not in service. I asked the other mechanic, he said it can take more two to three hours, because the other people have appointments. I have been here twice for tire service since they have the cheapest options that i as a college student can afford, but time and time again the customer service ruins my whole day. i understand they are probably under paid and hate their lives but that doesn’t mean they need to take 3+ hours changing my one tire and giving me no direction to how long they will take only telling me the air compressor is down and they can’t estimate how long they will keep my car from me causing me to lose a whole day every time i bring it in... read more
