Kay, an automotive employee was very disrespectful by making a big deal of me putting money and the barcode that I was given at the beginning of my auto care transaction. On the counter instead of handing it to her directly, which I'm not required or obligated to do. She mumbled something under her breath and I asked what she said, then she got loud and disruptive making a scene, so I played along. Absolutely terrible service. I made an appointment a week in advance for oil change. Came in today waited over 40 minutes — my car wasn’t even in line for service. The staff was careless, unprofessional, and acted like they couldn’t care less. What’s the point of making an appointment if they completely ignore it? I ended up having to cancel and take my business elsewhere. Total waste of time and energy.
I went online and ordered a set of 4 tires last week and had them delivered to the store. I also set up an appointment for installation on 9/29/25. I arrived a little early and had the absolute pleasure of having a lady named Mary greet me and set my appointment in motion. She was so professional and the sweetest lady ever! TERRIBLE! Avoid this place. Manager John should get fired immediately! He doesn’t care about their employees or anybody at this location. Had to wait 2 hours for only a battery replacement! And all the people waiting at the waiting room complained about the same reason and the same waiting times! This is ridiculous, terrible services. The employees doesn’t even know what they’re doing!
THE WORST! Completely unprofessional. I had an appointment at 5:00 PM to install 4 tires and they only did 2 because they “ran out of time" and made an excuse that the lug nuts would not come off the truck. I had to come back the next morning at 7:00 AM, and guess what, the lug nuts came off! In total, it took over 5 hours across two visits just to install 4 tires. To top it off I originally ordered online and paid, but since they broke it up into two services they had to charge me again. NO MANAGER was on site to resolve th... read more
