They lied to me & said they have my brakes so I drove all the way there & they don't do brakes. Next time I have a gigantic desire to be lied to & want to waste well over an hour of my time, I'll call them.
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! Made an appointment, got there and waited 50 minutes. Ended up leaving because I wasn’t even close to being next. I’d rather pay extra somewhere else to be in and out in 15 minutes. My fault, should’ve known better than to go to Walmart in the first place.

Had an oil scheduled for weeks, when I show up for the appointment early in the morning they tell me the don’t have my oil filter (I drive a Sonata, very standard oil filter size). The lady told me I had to go buy an oil filter and then come back for service. I asked if I did this would they would deduct the oil filter charge from the oil change. She said no 🤣 Ok….i’ll just see myself out then. I’m giving 3 stars because I still think Walmart Auto Care Center is THE BEST place for car service.
