Had an oil scheduled for weeks, when I show up for the appointment early in the morning they tell me the don’t have my oil filter (I drive a Sonata, very standard oil filter size). The lady told me I had to go buy an oil filter and then come back for service. I asked if I did this would they would deduct the oil filter charge from the oil change. She said no 🤣 Ok….i’ll just see myself out then. I’m giving 3 stars because I still think Walmart Auto Care Center is THE BEST place for car service.
By appointment only, didn't even try to get me in for an oil change. Staff is slow and lethargic. Friendly. But terrible policy on walk ins. NOW I MADE AN APPOINTMENT, UP EARLY ON MY ONLY DAY OFF, DROVE OUT OF MY WAY, THEY CHECKED ME IN JUST TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS ! WAISTED 3 HOURS OF MY LIFE !!!!! DONT GO HERE ! DO NOT ! GO ! HERE !!!!!!!
Tina was there first thing in the morning and was extremely rude to me. She claimed they are only doing appointments only and there was literally no one in the garage at all. I asked if I could drop my tire off and they could just get to it when they could and she said very nasty that they couldn’t do that. I asked why and she said she just couldn’t.
Mary is amazing, she works so hard and found me the two tires I needed even when they were in low stock. She was very nice and respectful to me and my visiting mother. She has helped me many times.
