They will spend 45 minutes with your grandmother helping her order tires for her vehicle and when they arrive 3 days later they can’t install them because they ordered the wrong size … but they can give you your money back … it’ll just take 3-5 business days … A VERY SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THEIR TIRE MANAGER BRUCE ! Extreme incompetency and Walmart manager of the month ! You sir are a real American Hero .. we salute you .!
Came in for a tire change, agreed on the tire (least expensive) I would need and the quantity. Needed 4 tires, when I made appointment they had 4 tires on stock. Turns out their online system was incorrect and they didn’t have those tires for me, and only told me this once my car was in the shop. Judith the manager told me I’d have to buy the more expensive ones, and was very rude about it. Truly one of the most frustrating and disappointing Walmart experiences I have ever had. Originally I scheduled a tire install and told that they did not have a lugnut key needed to remove my tires. I totally understood and found a shop that carried the correct key. I purchased the key. I scheduled another appointment- showed up on time and waited about 30 minutes before my car service (which is fine. The window is an hour.) I made an appt for 5:30 for an oil change. After checking in and giving them my keys, I walked around the store for some last second shopping for the week. Got a text at 6:09 saying that they started working on my vehicle. Made my way to check out and got to the waiting room thinking it wasn’t going to take long. I waited until 7:33 to get the “your vehicle is ready” text. Walked up to the front desk, watched the technician toss my keys in their key bucket. Nobody was able to check me out.
