I made an appt for 5:30 for an oil change. After checking in and giving them my keys, I walked around the store for some last second shopping for the week. Got a text at 6:09 saying that they started working on my vehicle. Made my way to check out and got to the waiting room thinking it wasn’t going to take long. Terrible service, poor management. Slow to no customer service. They have turned down my business twice now for absolutely stupid reasons. My oil smelled like gas,no I use full synthetic. Your tires are the wrong size,exactly the same size that are on the wheel now. Go to a dealer they will match prices and actually know what they are doing. Just dumb.
Tires deserve a 5 star review wish I could give service a 0 star. Just barely bought my tires at Walmart and have been super happy with them. The service on the other hand is terrible. I got a screw in my tire and called in to see if they could help me out. I work till 6pm and they told me if I made it to the shop by 6:30 they could help me out. Wouldn’t install my tires due to 3/8” inch spacers on front wheels, even though I asked, they took my vehicle, and called me an hour later refusing to service. Only option they gave me was to dismount my old wheels/tires myself in their lot with their tools and roll them in. Somehow their solution was safer than just putting my wheels on with new tires. They put them back on with the old ones, so where is the liability? Going on 3.5 hours for a tire change I did half the work myself.
Took car in to get winter tires mounted and balanced. Took 3 hours to do then got charged for extra services they “couldn’t remove” from the bill. Quoted one price when dropping it off and charged way more.
