The worst. This is the second time I buy tires and they fail on appointment day with no notice. The first time, they got the wrong tire size. Probably not their fault, probably on the supplier ok whatever. They can still verify and call like other tire shops. Second time, no tires. I even selected 3 days later than the first offered appointment because it was my only day off and my birthday. I get to the appointment on time and the lady tells me the tires aren't there. Friendly customer service
Instead of asking me what car i have when i made the appointment on the phone a few days before (beause of the laziness of pressing buttons on a computer) i show up on a friday at 10am (a work day) And they tell me THEN after waiting in line that they do not have a filter for my car . What a complete waste of my time. Wont be coming back here.
You never get service if you walk-in. They are not reliable. A couple weeks ago, I wanted to get an oil change. It was 5:40PM, they close at 7:00PM, they said they had too many customers, and I badly needed oil change that day, and I came all the way back from work. Other days when I need my tires checked or an oil change they take 2-3 hours for something to get done. If you try to get something scheduled, it will take days.
