Worst service. These people were so rude after accepting my car then complaining the entire time that they were cleaning up to close, rushing me and then yelling at the very nice lady inside. Get help
I pull in, they tell where to pull up, they come soon to my window, check me in and take my key. I get a text alert that I have been checked in. I got into Walmart and wait or shop. I get text alerts throughout the time telling when the work has started and their progress. They text when it's ready. The attendant at the desk lets me know how low my oil was and any issues like missing caps and such. I pay her (depending on the oil I chose, the price is higher). Treated horrible the mechanics are lazy and rude. I'll never take my vehicle back. Called and spoke to manager and no response. I'll no longer shop or anything at shorter ave Walmart
Complete joke! Had my oil changed here and my car has been leaking oil ever since. My wife needed tires and was there before they opened at 9 am, nobody showed up to help her until twenty minutes after and none of the tires that showed being in stock were available. Never coming back
Save your money and go to Discount Tire for tires. This place is run horribly. Came here last week due to a slow leaking passenger side back tire. The guys that were there May 7 were nice enough. Noticed another tire had some stripping and told me about the danger of that and advice me if I replaced one, they’d both need to be new. They fixed the valve leak on the slow leaking tire and ordered me two new tires for the front to be picked up next day.
