Make sure you call ahead on oil change service on vehicles manufactured prior to the year 2000. Unable to service my F100 previously serviced here as they have erased earlier vehicles from their system. Consulting the Chilton’s manual online for the oil plug torque value unacceptable to their manager. Can’t fathom how an American company can’t do an oil change on an American truck which has had the same parameters for 42 years. Caveat emptor.
Super friendly and efficient! Love that they offer fuel injector cleaner and a couple of other things now! They also replaced my tail light and blinker light.
I brought my car for an oil change. The technician broke the oil dip stick. I’m sure it was an accident, but he wanted to blame me, the other guy said take it to the dealership, bring me a receipt and we will reimburse you. They were unable to change my oil, I went to the dealership, ordered the part, came back after the part came in, they took the broken dip stick out and changed my oil for me.
