Did not know the first thing about tire rotation. Plus I was overcharged. Update.. mother ordered two tires. They cancelled her installation of the tires. I guess scared they would mess up. When she arrived to pick them up said they wasn't ready come back after 3pm. Received confirmation to pick tires up. Went to get them. Still tried to say they weren't their. Finally gave her the tires. Placed them next to the car and made a 60 yr old lady pick them up and place them in the car. Horrible service. Will never shop with these... read more

Bryan sorted me with a new tire in a very friendly and professional way. Saturday afternoon, took about 1 hour.
Unprofessional. Your time and money would be better spent going to the West Rome location.
