On my way to work, I had a flat tire. I called the Walmart Auto Center to see if they had a tire in stock and to see if they could fit me in. Gary was so professional in a friendly calming way. It wouldn't be a problem and he felt he could get me to work on time. Carmen had my paperwork done in a flash and Anthony not only hustled to get the tire fixed, he did quality control to make sure it was safe for the road. I made it with a half hour to spare. I went for a oil change and I’m leaving with a piece of my car in my trunk. What kind of service is this ? They did not even try to help me to find a solution . Make sure you call ahead on oil change service on vehicles manufactured prior to the year 2000. Unable to service my F100 previously serviced here as they have erased earlier vehicles from their system. Consulting the Chilton’s manual online for the oil plug torque value unacceptable to their manager. Can’t fathom how an American company can’t do an oil change on an American truck which has had the same parameters for 42 years. Caveat emptor.
