After purchasing 4 new tires with road hazard protection and ending up with a flat, employee looked at it and said no problem, we can fix that, I'll make sure there's no charge, give us 30-45 minutes. An hour and a half later it's different employees and when one finally came to help he said they couldn't fix it, I needed a new tire. I said whatever, fine, I need my car to be operational, and paid $105 for a new tire when they could have just plugged it like they agreed to do. Did not know the first thing about tire rotation. Plus I was overcharged. Update.. mother ordered two tires. They cancelled her installation of the tires. I guess scared they would mess up. When she arrived to pick them up said they wasn't ready come back after 3pm. Received confirmation to pick tires up. Went to get them. Still tried to say they weren't their. Finally gave her the tires. Placed them next to the car and made a 60 yr old lady pick them up and place them in the car. Horrible service. Will never shop with these... read more
