Nail in a 3 moths tire i bought at Walmart. They said, it can not be fix, but i can get a new one. Bought the repair kit at Walmart for 14.99 and fix it my self.
Horrible experience. Bought 4 new tires from them and for 3 weeks they kept canceling or rescheduling our appointment. I finally get an appointment for this morning at 8 am only to be told that, yet again, our appointment was canceled. This was after verifying yesterday our new appointment for this morning at 8:00 am. There were about 4 different associates there "assisting" me and not one of them could not, or would not, help me. The customer service was great. The downfall is the app. that lets you still schedule an appointment to get your tires done when their tire machines are down. The app also caused a lot of problems and sent my tires to another state. But the customer service representatives handled everything and helped me figure out my next steps. I will not be using the app for auto services anymore.
Quick and professional regardless of some of these reviews. The oil change took less than an hour and everyone was very friendly. Thank you!
Went to Walmart auto care center to have a tire replaced and the oil changed. The department was very busy and the phones were nonstop but, this young lady handled it all with a smile. such a knowledgeable employee. This women give multitasking a new meaning.
