The vibe is negative, oppressive and confrontational. There is no respect given to the customers. It’s a really negative environment and you feel abused just being in proximity. Someone needs to come in here and change the culture here…likely by firing everyone. Billy is the most sane and I can see he is stressed by those underneath. The front staff needs to get let go. You will feel violated interacting with them.
Went to Walmart to get m oil changed I bought oil from Walmart and ordered filter because it something Walmart doesn’t have in stock .techs were nice but they are a bit understaffed and under trained they did not know how to check my engine oil levels in my car and seemed a little lost where my filter so I had to show them how and where to check oil levels and filter location my car is a 2008 bmw 135i my was in perfect running condition no leaks well left happy home parked car for bit came back out to go and do my daily thin... read more
I can’t believe how fast it was. I will definitely be back.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely careless with customer time. I prepaid for 4 tires and installation a week before my appointment. After sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours, I got a call saying the final tire they tried to put on had a hole in it. To make matters worse, their solution was to reinstall my old tire so I could drive away and come back a second time whenever a replacement showed up. Never go here. Waited for 3 hours to only be told they couldn't put tires on my truck that a previous walmart auto put on. I don't do negative reviews. But I would drive out of state before going back here.
