Not worth it, cancellations on tire installation constantly, no heads up either
Went for an oil change in Zephyrhills. Wanted Mobil 1 oil full synthetic like always before was told that I could only get the house oil. They didn't have Mobil 1. They have a whole store to pick from like before when they got it before. Hate being forced into taking something I don't have to . This will be the last time for me at this store. Will take my business elsewhere.
Price is great, but you sure get what you pay for the service is garbage it’s like talking with dealing with children Who have zero knowledge or training and anything that they are doing. If you’re willing to put up with that for a “good deal” then this is the way to go. Personally I’ll go somewhere with confident people working and pay more.
I made a appointment for a oil change. The check in process was seamless and our vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Jessica took care of us and she was very thorough.
