Do not use the auto center! Brand new tires were counterbalanced and the old weights were never removed i contacted ceo and corporate requesting full refund and termination of the white guy who installed my tires april 17
If I could 0 stars I would. Poor customer service. Offering a tyre rotation then saying they can't do it. Will never be coming here again 2 hours for a simple tyre change. Ended up taking my car to another garage to get the tyres rotated. This auto shop needs to learn how to treat customers.
What a joke. Worst customer service ever.
I used to take my vehicles to this walmart for oil change /tire change as well as rotation. Last Saturday I took my Acura RDX for oil change as the first customer at 7:05 AM and the first response was it will take two hours since i do not have an appointment. However, after half an hour got a message of completion and the same guy invoiced it for 53:00 dollars. Because I was enroute to work I didnt check anything just drove out to my business.
