Got two trailer tires mounted on my rims. No problem. Who is the “Supergirl” that carried two tires with rims, one under each arm, with no problem. Tall, thin, dark hair, glasses. Thanks to her for helping an old man. She could smile a little. . 😎
I would leave zero stars but it won't let you do that and leave a review. Zephyrhills walmart auto center has the shittiest customer service ever. I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful then I was today. The little girl with glasses at the auto service desk has NO customer service skills at all and is rude beyond words. The auto service manager stood there and allowed the girl to be disrespectful and said nothing. I had a flat tire, and it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever received. Mr. Michael L. is amazing, and the technicians are extremely diligent and friendly, especially Aqeel A. and John C I highly recommend Walmart Auto Care at the Zephyrhills location. God bless them!
There are so many things wrong with this place right here I just got completely screwed I came in got four tires and was told I can only have two of them put on that day and that I can have the other two put on in the morning and William said I don't need to make an appointment I'll be the first person there as long as I get there at 7:00. So I get there at 7:00 and it takes them 30 minutes to get to two people in front of me even checked in because they're so slow and not trying to work at all so after they check me in 30 m... read more
