I waited for two hours, I couldn't change the oil, lazy mechanics, why did you take the car then?
Had a flat tire unexpectedly and brought my car into the auto service department. Brittany and Michael were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They took the time to look into my warranty coverage and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated their patience and professionalism. Great experience overall!

You pay for tires warranty then when you need to use it, you will be denied service, went two times one at 5pm then 7am next day, all same. They literally told me “go to Lakeland branch or make an appointment (which is booked at least a week ahead) as we don’t have enough staff here!” What level of service is that. Tires warranty is a scam! Staff is rude.
