The gentleman *** Jabir*** in auto care center delivered excellent customer service when visiting this location for my auto care needs. As soon as I walk in he quickly acknowledge me and assisted me regarding my tires and answer all of my questions promptly while delivering excellent customer service. Due to his professionalism and out standing customer service I will return to this location and refer others
I wish I would have read the reviews before getting anything done here. I ordered 4 Kumho tires online because the price was great. My car had not been working so I’m slowly getting it back to shape. Getting the tires was another big step and I was excited to get it done. I had a rim that was damaged and I had the replacement rim in the trunk. I asked the service advisor Derrick (or at least that’s what it says on the receipt) if he could have the new tire installed on the new rim. He said no problem. Before I left I reminde... read more
Scheduled an appointment to get tire replaced. Got there and they immediately had my car in the stall and went to work. I was in and out in 35 minutes. They were fantastic and everyone was so nice!
I read the reviews and just refuse to believe it. My appointment was at 2:30 it now 3:15 and there's still two cars in front of me. I believe they are truly understaffed. I'm leaving.
