Quick and easy
I hate to write bad reviews but it’s important to let others know… the customer service here is truly appalling. Waited for over an hour despite having made an appointment in advance. Then I was given a ludicrous reason why they couldn’t change my oil in the end. There is no sense of professionalism, desire to kelp, or knowledge. I would strongly recommend people go elsewhere.
Greshiem Walmart Autocare Center did not disappoint or surprise me. I got exactly what I was expecting…poor customer service, unkind, dismissive, unprofessional, and uncaring technicians. I didn’t want to stop here but I had to because my tire light came on and I had an hour drive home. . The Manager was not present and I can only assume based on the reviews the technicians reflect his lack of leadership. Way to go Walmart! Another unsatisfactory review!
Spent 2 and half hours trying to get my battery changed. Staff were very friendly but accidently closed my ticket. They created a new ticket and informed me that I would have to re-wait "at the back of the line". What an absolute joke. Avoid this amateur hour location at all costs. They have no idea how to run a business.
