Very bad They took the money but the don’t oil change When i hand over my my car oil life was 50 % And when they gave me car still was 50% and it’s crazy i can’t believe it i will never go again in my life promise
You can get service done but then to go back and get something check is almost impossible I've been fired twice to try to get my battery checked since the light comes on when driving but it has not been looked at yet. I attempted to make a appointment which they said would be a good idea online and it would not work on the app Walmart+.
The wait was too long for walk ins. Gotta be a better system. The overall service was good but the wait says they need a better system.
una mierda de lugar literal solo vine por un cambio de llantas me tuvieron 5 horas para después decirme que no podían cambiarlas porque no tenía dos tornillos, te atiende súper mal, son súper groseros un desorden total, si quiere que los atiendan antes, tienes que darles dinero adicional bajo la mesa para que puedan atenderte, pésimo todo.
Extremely unprofessional service. Please believe all the other reviews and do not come here. We were the first customers to come in the morning for a simple tire change which they said would happen at max in 2 hours. 7 hours later our car hasn’t even been touched. Upon asking about the status of my tire change I was given false timelines and extremely rude responses. Please go to a local store or any other place instead of this Walmart automotive shop.
