WILLOW was a delight to work with today! Such a hard worker, and was polite and kind while we got our tires put back on. Only took 35 minutes!
How do u put on new tires and some how leave off one lug nut like u guys suck
Made an appointment to have 4 truck tires and 3 trailer tires mounted and balanced. Called ahead and made sure that was ok. Arrived, was ignored for 15 minutes. Was reprimanded for scheduling a 6pm appointment and told I'd have to pick which tires I wanted balanced. Had the truck tires mounted and left the trailer tires to be picked up the next day. Noticed a vibration on my way home. Picked up the trailer tires the next day and was told, "we didn't balance them" with no further explanation. At an oil change was told that th... read more
