Walmart refused to install tires on my vehicle, then refused to process a return and instructed to call their 800 number. The 800 number states they cannot process a return and that I need to visit the store. Now I'm out the cost of 4 tires and filing a dispute with my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau.
Dude went above and beyond to help us, helped us find the best product and price. Thank you so much. Receipt lists manager name as Jerome but I don’t know if that’s who helped us.
