I changed my engine oil at this place in May. I drive a 2012 Acura TSX 4-cyl. The capacity of my engine is 4.2 qt but they put much more than that; probably the entire 5 qt bottle. It was found in the dipstick. Their ignorance damaged some components of my car engine. The crankshaft position sensor became oily and this started the check engine light intermittently. I changed the sensor, drained some of the oil but still the problem is not solved entirely. I suggest that everyone stay away from this place.
What a complete nightmare! I ordered 2 new tires to be delivered and installed at Walmart pinhook paid for tires and installation online, and scheduled appointment to install the morning of I get cancelled notice so rescheduled 3 times the morning of each appointments at 6am I get cancelled notice so I went in to ask what is going on they do not know I told them to check and also wanted confirmation I paid for install and was told yes and I had already rescheduled for the next morning we yup next morning I get another cancel... read more
