The laziest oil change scum in the world! Waited 90 mins w no line….was never told they were short staffed until I left. Girl with an evil smile on her face just stood there wiping windows while 2 other slackers standing around with no urgency crying about short staffed: I’ll be talking to the manager soon!
Came in for tires. They broke off one of the lug bolts that keep the tire on. The did not make it right. Sent me on my way to another shop to fix it. Didn't offer to reimburse me. They changed my oil and air cleaner but use oil other than what I specified. I asked for Mobile 1 and they put in Valvoline, which is inferior.
Had an appointment for 4. Drive all the way from horseshoe bend so a good 40 minutes each way. Showed up and they said it would be in shortly, we then walked around Walmart for an hour expecting it to be done shortly since we were just doing an oil change. A hour and 15 minutes later we walk back over to see the progress and the car didn’t even move from its spot. What’s the point of an appointment if they aren’t ready to get you in?
