I scheduled a tire change here today. When I got there, I found out that I would have to buy new lugnuts somewhere else, and thirty minutes later that I had ordered the wrong size online. Thankfully, the team was super friendly and helpful! They let me keep my appointment while I ran to O'Reilly's for lugnuts, and made the refund for the wrong tires quick and painless. Wouldn't be mad if I had car trouble in the next few weeks and had to talk to the cute blond with glasses again 🤷♀️
Got helped out by a gentleman called Jacob. Superior support!!, I’ll be coming again specifically to this location hoping to have him again
Tire center it’s empty, but they say they’re busy next they may be coming in not comfortable
I’d potentially had an issue from my last oil change and Jaimi was outstanding at assisting me to resolve it. She really stepped up and earned my trust and respect. Jaimi is excellent with customer care and I truly hope that Walmart recognizes her being a special asset to the company. Thank you again, Jaimi.
Dear, Walmart No one is here and I cannot check my vehicle in until 5:30 PM. It’s 3:00 PM. I have to make an appointment to change my oil now? This is not the Walmart I grew up with; I would say “Lets make a better system and not just an easier one”.
