I brought my Mazda 3 in to have tires changed, I had asked them to put both new tires on the front and they didn't, so I told him just go ahead and throw a third new one on there, they ended up losing my key and forgetting about me so I walked around the store for 4 hours waiting for nothing and then come to find the tires they had put on would not pass inspection because it was two different grade tires and they didn't bother to tell me that my whole undercarriage was rusted to shit so I definitely will not be going back to... read more
I have an appointment in this place and when I arrived I was told that my appointment was canceled because they were going to close earlier but they didn’t call me even though they had my number. Terrible customer service and a waste of my time
I took over our getting my oil changed. They just don’t care about you! Don’t go here! I told the gentleman behind the counter. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life, and he replies by laughing at me.
Scheduled an oil change appointment. Upon arrival, was told they were behind schedule and it wouldn't be done for 45 mins. OK, things happen. After 45 mins, inquired as to how much longer. Waited. Finally was told it hadn't even been started yet. If how they run the shop is an indication of the quality of work, I would avoid this place at all costs. We will never use Walmart Auto again.
