Yesterday, I went to Walmart to have my car tire replaced. From the very beginning, the woman at the registration desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable and set the tone for a very negative experience. After that, I was forced to wait for two hours with no proper explanation or communication. Overall good expierence. My appointment was for 7 am however no technicians were scheduled to come in until 8. Thankfully I was able to be flexible with my schedule and hang out at Panera until they arrived. Tire installation went well and I appreciate the walmart plus discount on the fees.
Got a phenomenal AUTO DEPT!!! Customer Service on point!!!! and wait time was definitely on point!!! Luved my experience there my new home for MAINTENANCE for my car yayyyyyy!!!
