Giving Walmart a five star review it took me a minute because I’ve been on the go go go, but yesterday I ran into an employee there by the name of Luis and let me mentioned I’m just a customer, So I don’t really know him, but what I do know is that he has great customer service and I like how he interacts with customers and employees super neat. Well, this is my first and last review about this auto center and probably I will never be back. I bought 2 tires 3 weeks ago and yesterday one of them popped right on the highway. I almost crashed. called them and they told no warranty for them and I have to buy new one. So be careful, it is better to pay higher price than die somewhere because of these cheep tires.
I came 20min before closing time and Lonzy was super nice and helpful in getting my car fixed!!
I called to check on pricing for purchase and installation of 4 tires. The person who answered the phone was adversarial from the start. He said he could not look up my vehicle, and I had to provide the specific tire sizes myself. Okay, fine, lemme find out. Once I found the information, I was told that he could not give me pricing because they didn't have that size tire in stock, and that I would have to go online to search for tires in order to find pricing.
