I booked an appointment for yesterday for a routine rotation and balance of my tires. When I called them to book my appointment the week before, they had no problem finding my account and car history using my phone number. When I get there, the lady at the check in table says that she can’t find any record that I had my tires changed at Walmart, so I don’t qualify for the free routine tire maintenance.
