I booked an appointment for yesterday for a routine rotation and balance of my tires. When I called them to book my appointment the week before, they had no problem finding my account and car history using my phone number. When I get there, the lady at the check in table says that she can’t find any record that I had my tires changed at Walmart, so I don’t qualify for the free routine tire maintenance. Don't West your time here, make an appointment and when you arrived you have to wait 1 or 2 hours. The staffs are very rude. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, but now is 10:30 AM, I am still here, I missed my other appointment. Shame on you with this type of service. This will be my last time.
Not bad
Excellent pricing and pretty good service times. Can get very busy, so best time to go is weekday mornings before work.
