All customer service agents treated me polite and courteously during my visit.
Bad service and bad treatment, disrespectful and liars. I do not recommend them
Had an appointment today at 9:30 am, was told max, wait time would be 1 hour and 30 mins. It's now been 2 hours w no update. My last visits here have not been pleasant. Last I came I was rudely asked "if I had an appointment" when I wasn't aware that this system was put in place. No winning, damned if you do damned if you don't. Anyone have any recommendations other than this place for an oil change service?
This service is cheap, good but, long waiting
I called this Auto center because they had put a new battery in my car not even 6 months prior and I had a four year warranty on it, and when I called to make sure that they had it in stock before I had AAA jump my car (cuz that's how dead it was), and they told me they absolutely had my battery in stock and to come on in. I kid you not I was there for close to 2 hours before an associate told me that they don't even have the battery for my car, and when I asked if I would be compensated for my gas and time as I was quite an... read more
