This place is almost unbelievably terrible at customer service. Called to make an appointment to have a new battery installed. Guy takes my info, confirms my car make and model, confirms battery is in stock and confirms that yes, they can install my battery. Show up for my appointment and the guy behind the counter gives me attitude that I made a tire appointment and not a battery appointment. I visited the store to purchase two new tires and have them installed and rotated. While I understand that inventory shortages can occur, I was informed that my tire size was not in stock. I then asked whether I could order the tires online and have them shipped to the store for installation at a later date. I recently visited the Walmart Auto Center and was informed that because my vehicle is all-wheel drive and my tires were worn, store policy requires purchasing all four new tires rather than replacing just one. While the policy itself was explained correctly, the customer service experience felt condescending and dismissive. Worst experience :( I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM and arrived at 12:20 PM. The associate informed me that the headlight restoration service would take about one hour to complete. However, after waiting more than two and a half hours, no work had been started on my vehicle. Each time I checked with the associate(s), I was told it would begin shortly, but there was no progress or clear update. Ultimately, I had to leave without the service being completed.
