Had to replace all of my tires, Made an appointment at 12 got there 30 mins early Waited until 3 for them to even bring my car back to the shop. Then I got a call 30 mins later saying they didn’t have the correct tools to replace my tires. It’s a tire shop…. Attached to a Walmart nevertheless. Can’t you just buy the tools????? On top of all of this. I paid for 4 tires and they said they couldn’t let me take. I COULDNT TAKE THE TIRES I PAID FOR??? had to speak to the manager for “approval” Had to take it elsewhere. Rude customer service
Needed a tire repaired on a Sunday. I was REALLY impressed by these guys! They got me in fast! They were knowledgeable courteous. And honest! Michael is a great guy...I will gladly recommend them.
This review was based on the quality of work, note the employees themselves. I bought my tires at Walmart for the convenience of going anywhere and the free rotations and balancing. I travel for work so I need it done often. Anyway I took it in and they started to work on it, I realized they were not really setup to rotate tires. They didn't even have a lift they used jacks. They used outer weights on my black rims and didn't even secure them half flew off 5 miles down the road. The tech couldn't remember how to put my cente... read more
