Terrible service, apparently having an appointment means nothing here because you’ll still have to wait 2+ hours for a oil change
Arrived on time for oil change appointment. Was told it would take 1hour. 1h15 min later my car had still not been touched. Late for work because of walmart’s poor staffing.
Please don’t take y’all car to this Walmart they tried to blame me for my panel that covers oil part and filter and said that I hit something and they zip tied it back and they are very rude they only gave me half a refund and a $25 gift card an said they couldn’t do anything else
They are always under staff and always takes 3 hours for oil change
