My mother took her car to get an oil change here on 7/22/2026. She drove off not knowing that her oil cap wasn’t put back in place. She didn’t notice until the next day. She say she started smelling oil and seeing oil all on the ground and on the outside of her grille. The oil pushed back up and out everywhere onto her engine/engine bay. They try to avoid appointments. They are quick to find an excuse of why they cannot service you. Avoiding working. Youll find yourself going back and forth, back and forth. The people were nice there though, but I have a feeling your going to be wasting your time if u need service. Ive been back and forth there for 3 diff scheduled appointments and everytime some weird excuse.
