May be a special day today. But it took us 3 hours for car oul change. Price is good and service is very professional.
I had an appointment at noon to change my tires. At first they said they couldn't for some stupid reason. Then they realized they could. I have now been waiting 3bhours and they are still not done. I'm late for work now. The staff does not care. Go some place else. U will regret making an appointment here. It's not worth the few extra dollars you save.
I should have read the review before going here Slowest service in this area. Went for at oil change at 215 left at 4:30.
Worst customer service, I had a flat every time I pull up to the shop they don’t take walk in
Was told my 4pm appt would take about an hour so I decided to grocery shop while waiting. 3 hours later they hadn't even touched my car and all of my food was defrosting. Had to ask for my keys back and leave. They told me walmart over booked them and someone was supposed to call me and let me know but somehow forgot. Worst experience ever. Will be going elsewhere for tires.
