It took from the start of working on my car 1 hour and 45 minutes to change a battery. The guy had to call the Supeevisor over because he was having so much trouble. Never have I seen this happen changing out my car battery. Nope never again. And to top it off he got in my car with his greasy fingers and put the grease on my sun visor. I keep my car immaculate. I’m so angry at this place
The appointment menu is awesome I'm in and out quickly for oil changes. It's very convenient. I've recommended this to coworkers and family.
Place is a rip-off and full of con artists. Set an appointment they told me it would be about 30 mins. Told them all I want is oil change with pennzoil full syn and fill washer fluid. Specified multiple times, that is all I want no af check, not bat test, just oil and washer fluid. I come out 20 mins later to a guy testing my battery. I told them again dont do any of that. Waited forever with an appointment. After I was finally checked in, the oil change, the price was much higher than advertised...didn't proceed. Went elsewhere
I’ve had great experiences here in the past the first two times the staff were helpful and accommodating, even with a broken lug nut on my car. They had it noted in the system and still rotated and balanced my tires without issue. This last visit, though, they refused to service my car because of that same broken lug nut, even though nothing had changed and they’ve handled it before.
