Very slow service made me wait 1 hour before coming to me and I was the only one here
They never have enough people to keep cars going. Got there an hour before close with two cars in the bay and they turned me away saying they couldn’t help me.
If I could give a lower rating I would. Last June I had a battery put in from this location which is not the recommended battery for my car. Im now having electrical issues. Went to this location yesterday spoke to Chris he advised me that the battery that he ordered to be installed June of 2025 was the wrong battery and showed me the battery recommended..after telling me that he was not allowed to put a battery in my car that wasn’t recommended after the fact he (chris) had just ordered in June 2025 that wasn’t recommended ... read more
If I could post zero stars, I would. Not available to warranty batteries at 9 PM is unacceptable. They should cross train managers or have someone trained to test batteries every night after the service area closes for the convenience of their customers. My car broke down this particular evening, and they didn't want to help a struggling person get back rolling again, even though the battery was clearly under warranty.
