If I didn't watch them replace my oil I would not trust that they did and even now I am skeptical. The negative reviews are correct, I will never go back. The cashier was GREAT unfortunately she was not doing the work. The shop worker was a complete nightmare. I pulled in, he ignored me. I go inside, they tell me he has to check me in. A gentleman was kind enough to escort me back into the shop area to ask him to acknowledge me. I asked him about the fluid levels in my car, they have it listed as a courtesy. We went to pick up some oil.
So I waited 3 hours til they close at 7 pm and they never did my oil change ! Very poor costumer service, don’t waste your time at this place. Also the manager some black guy is very rude and unprofessional.
I took our Honda 2015 CRV to Walmart Tire and Battery on 08/2/ 2025 after having a flat tire. They were unable repair the tire even though AAA/United Towing said that was nothing wrong with the tire. Tire had a slow leak but the technicians, two of them said that the tire could not be repaired. They did not offer to sell me a new tire and put the spare tire back on the car. I only took my vehicle to them because Skillman does not have Tire and Battery. I brought out vehicle back on 08/9/ 2025 with the same issue, a low tire.... read more
