Ok where do I start 🤦♂️ I think I’ve written a bad review before. Lost likely will be the last I’m done with this place. I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change . It’s 11:03 A.M. I’m still here. Sad thing is I really believe the tech do it on purpose. They know if they actually work and get these cars out of here. More will keep pulling up for service Rather pay a little more money elsewhere and be able to go on bout my day.
Sam took great care of me when I had a battery malfunction and had EXCEPTIONAL customer service! He explained everything thoroughly, went through the tests, and got me out of there expeditiously! Ask for Sam when you visit the auto care center for your needs.
You think an appointment would mean something but it doesn’t. I had an appointment and they essentially told me it’s first come first serve regardless. I have to stay in my car until someone checks me in 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Will never come back - I shouldn’t have to stay in my car and wait if I have an appointment and things to do
This was the worst experience I ever had at Walmart and no way I would of went through this in North Dallas
