Great customer service for manage Jerrymanager
Pleasantly surprised by the service. Scheduled an oil change for the following morning, arrived, was greeted and admited. Malcolm helped me out. While he was inside checking for a specific oil I requested, someone else made sure I was being helped. I was in and out pretty quickly.
I came in today Saturday May 9, 2026 for a new tire at 11:00am. It was only one car ahead of me. Customer service was great, the tire cost me only $108 but that is because I added a warranty with that without the warranty that would’ve cost me $98. I shopped around the store for just two items and they were done by the time I made it back to checkout.
i scheduled an oil change service and shortly into the service they had to stop and cancel my service because of my oil filter being on too tight and they were unable to get it off, i was told i'd need to replace the part and they gave me my car back. they did not put my oil cap back on and i did not realize until my car started smoking, i open my hood to find that the bottom of my hood is burnt and there is oil covering everything under my hood. i called them and they told me they would send a tow to bring my car back and a... read more
I've seen the manager tito from auto care out side the parking lot walmart abusing one of the workers from walmart driving crazy and hitting that person I called the cops but he left when they showed up they said they would be on the look out if it happens again so if any one see this happen please call the cops I got q picture of his plates
