Got an oil change here, immediate mechanical issues after. Spent the week without a working vehicle until we could get it into a mechanic, thinking a repair was necessary....you guys didn't put the dipstick back in. Definitely caused some unnecessary stress.
Bought a car battery. They asked if I wanted them to put it in for free. I said yes. They broke a negative cable. Then, I had to get another negative cable. Wait 4 days to get, and then they gave me the $ I had paid for it. Then I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it.
