Got an oil change here, immediate mechanical issues after. Spent the week without a working vehicle until we could get it into a mechanic, thinking a repair was necessary....you guys didn't put the dipstick back in. Definitely caused some unnecessary stress. UPDATE: This error caused our Turbo to go out the following week and was a $2000 fix. 🤬
I had to switch out a battery under warranty. The cashier in the Automotive area was overwhelmed. But continued giving each person good service. Walmart should consider that after 4 pm they should add a second cashier. I did feel bad for the cashier, as people were kind of grumbling as most were tired and just got off of work.
