I am a frequent customer of the Walmart Auto Care Center and I truly appreciate the value and convenience of your oil change services. I am writing to suggest that Walmart consider adding transmission fluid exchange (drain and fill) to your service menu. Many vehicle owners, like myself, would prefer to have all their preventative maintenance done in one place. Just got my tires changed here and a day later one of them popped. They said no refunds and no exchanges. Would not recommend getting your tires here. Had to go to a tire shop and got some good new tires. I talked to two mechanics that said Walmart has terrible tires! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!
Had a nail in our tire while out of town. Isaac and Jorge went above and beyond to work us in and stayed past their regular time to finish the job. Definitely earned the 5 stars.
