Had an appointment for oil change. Car checked in at 5:30. I was told 30-45 min. At 7:15 car finished. I was told at that time that they didn't have the right air filter and had to go get one elsewhere. I would have been nice to have been told that at the beginning and given the choice of waiting longer or rescheduling my appointment instead. The whole time I was waiting no one ever came out to the front counter from the garage for me to ask an update from.

1230 appointment, but that means nothing. I figure 15-30min to get it in, maybe it's a rough day. I needed to leave around 230 to make it to work on time, which is why I made an appointment. You would think, even with issues, 2hrs should be plenty. There were only 2 cars in front of me, in the bay, already in process when I arrived. I started asking questions around 135.
