Didn't have my oil or oil filter even though I made a appointment. Wanted me to pay more to get it off the shelf. Terrible policy.
You would think that if you're going to have to wait close to 2 hours (when told it would be about an hour) on an oil change, you'd have more than just 2 janky chairs in the waiting area. 👌
Got me in an hour before they closed on the weekend! Speedy and efficient
It’s very busy and understaffed, but it’s Walmart. I have terrible luck with tires and tire shops and it spread to them when I was there, but Lindsey and Rider (sp?) were awesome. I’ll definitely go back, even though they probably don’t want me to.
Id give zero stars if i could. Couldn’t get me in on the day that i wanted so i tried to schedule over the phone to no avail, had to schedule on the app. Took my car in 15 minutes before my appointment, an hour later they hadn’t even touched it. I wouldn’t waste your time here. Pay a little more and actually get decent service.
