Had an appointment, showed up 10 min early and was told it needed to be pushed back because of being short staffed. No call, text, or email notifying about delay. Seems poorly managed.
I took my vehicle in recently to get my tires rotated and balanced plus have a valve stem replaced. We were told they fixed the valve stem so we drove it back home. This morning I went back out figured out that they never replaced the valve stem they just moved it to make it look like they fixed it. I will never bring my vehicle into this Walmart again. Good in and out. Occasional long waits if you go later in the day.
Went for routine battery replacement. Came in with working Jeep and one or several service techs did NOT know what they were doing and damaged the Jeep to where it had to be taken to dealership to be fixed. Zero communication about what was going on through whole process. Auto “manager” if that is what you want to call her took zero responsibility for non communication. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND taking any vehicle here for even a simple need. If you don’t know what you are doing, don’t touch the vehicle.
Went in simply wanting them to look at my tire and make sure there was no flat. They had 4 mechanics, but were moving incredibly slow for basic things. After an hour my car still was sitting where I parked it so decided to leave. As I was leaving I saw one of the mechanics go for my car and get in while eating what appeared to be his lunch. A they are very slow. B take a lunch break, dont eat in people's cars.
