by FAR the worst walmart automotive you can take your car to. even if you make an appointment you will still have to wait 2+ to even have your car pulled into the garage. the unqualified techs they have working in the garage take 3 hrs for a single oil change alone. if you were the manager of this department reading this, fire everyone and start new.
This place is horrible. Don't go there for any service. I took my car in for tire rotation at 11am, by 6pm it still wasn't done. I went back and asked them how much longer I needed to wait, they told me it should be done by 8:30pm. I decided to take my car back because no way I would wait for another 1 hr 30 mins after already waited for 7 hrs. Dropped my car off at 930 and was told it would be in in an hour. Went back at 1215 since there was no activity on the app. And they told me it would be another 45min to an hour to get it in. 4 guys in the shop 3 standing there. 1 car getting the oil changed. Others in the waiting room for hours after their appointment.
I set a tire appointment for 3 pm. Next in line and the Bay empty. 2hrs and 40mins later and I am still waiting. They are working on multiple other vehicles at the same time. When checking on updates it always they are working on it. I would have happily paid more and gone to a better time oriented place to get work done.
