Super long wait for tire change and a very chaotic atmosphere for no reason. Specifically, the manager's attitude toward the customers was crazy. And always double-check your tire pressure, folks; they over-blew it to around 43 psi.
I only give 2 stars bc I don't feel like they are as "Honest & Customer oriented" as they claim to be... They put things down on the invoice they create for you're car in Automotives, that they actually just don't do anymore and no one had taken the effort to create a different panel to lure ppl into getting they're vehicles serviced at Walmart Locations... Bc the normal things that come with an oil change were almost foreign to the serviceman whom say some of the things in the "description" area of the invoice just aren't d... read more
Need to wait for more than 5.30 hrs just to get battery check., then they told me we cannot do it today, which other stores like autozone can do it in few minutes. I ask every service writer after each hour, all service writer told me we will take within 2-1 hr. Than what's purpose of advertising free battery check.
Arrived at 6:15 to get serviced on a tire I have a warranty on . Drove all the way to the Harrahan La location and they are completely closed down . It doesn’t notify that the location is shut down and no one picks up. I drove to the Kenner La location and one of the managers told me that her higher up manager Kanita advise that they not take anymore customers although they close at 7 pm and it was only 6:15. Im pissed I got my tires rotated and now my car is drifting to the left. Seems every time I come here something is wrong, i need your mechanics to do better
