Need to wait for more than 5.30 hrs just to get battery check., then they told me we cannot do it today, which other stores like autozone can do it in few minutes. I ask every service writer after each hour, all service writer told me we will take within 2-1 hr. Than what's purpose of advertising free battery check.
Arrived at 6:15 to get serviced on a tire I have a warranty on . Drove all the way to the Harrahan La location and they are completely closed down . It doesn’t notify that the location is shut down and no one picks up. I drove to the Kenner La location and one of the managers told me that her higher up manager Kanita advise that they not take anymore customers although they close at 7 pm and it was only 6:15. Im pissed I got my tires rotated and now my car is drifting to the left. Seems every time I come here something is wrong, i need your mechanics to do better
Unusually long wait. Turns out appointments take priority over walk ins and I got there at 9am and mom's car went first started at about 10:15 am and finished about 11 am. Mine was next but they allowed an appointment to be scheduled from the app ( after I was there ) and it went before me so I didnd start till well after 12 noon. Booking on the app is the way you go because thry dont put the walk-in on the schedule and close out slots online. Poor method as a walk in should fill thr next open slot and push slots back online... read more
Only one car center in Metairie/Kenner. Open back the closed center on jefferson and maybe convenience will earn more stars.
