Everyone was super kind and helpful throughout our whole visit. Our car needed a new battery and all the staff was helpful and had us out quickly!
I normally handle routine vehicle maintenance myself. Due to being deployed I had my wife get her oil changed at this Walmart two separate times. The first time there was no issue. After the second time I noticed on my Ring camera an oil stain forming on the driveway where my wife parks. I had her check the oil level weekly and add oil when needed. I made an appointment at the Jefferson auto center for an oil change days in advance. When I showed up for the appointment, the staff let me know that the auto center is closed until later this year, and that they have had people coming in every day with appointments only to be redirected. They suggested trying a different location. I made another appointment at the Kenner location for a few days later. I bought four tires and paid for their installation, but it was the worst service of my life. I would never use Walmart's automotive service again. I previously bought tires at Sam's Club and had no problems with the installation or the tires. My mistake was buying them at Walmart. First, they canceled my tire installation appointment because they didn't have the tools to install them on my car.
