Terrible service, no one is at the counter and they look at you like they are annoyed that you are here.
No one at the oil change center and the phone was never answered.
It’d be nice if automotive would actually answer the phone and not continue to put you on hold without ever coming back on the line.
more of a reflection of the system they have in place and not an indictment of the service in the tire center. had an order canceled online and no one could answer why, reordered the tire and expedited it and it didn't show up until almost a week later. escalated the issue and was told that I wold hear from someone and crickets! this puts undue stress on the staff as they have to look at you with a blank stare because they have no control over the situation
