Went to the inside front desk to ask if they do AGB tires. The lady in front told me to go to the garage where they are working. Took 10 minutes to get someone’s attention. They told me someone would go out there and check if they could put on the tires. I waited outside for 30 minutes and not a soul checked on me. It was a slow day for an auto shop and many workers saw me standing outside that whole time and didn’t bother getting to me. I really tried to give them business. Just going elsewhere from now on
Terrible service, no one is at the counter and they look at you like they are annoyed that you are here.
No one at the oil change center and the phone was never answered.
