Don’t waste your time cuz they will waste yours! Waited 45 min. Asked 4 times & 4 techs & no cars in stalls. Just standing around looking like they are busy on paperwork. When asked if anyone is going to help us we were asked if we had an appt. Like that should matter!? Nail in tire & walked in. Called the 800 # to complain. Hope they all get fired. Drove off w. I made an appointment and ordered two tires to be put on my truck. I even showed up early, only to find out my tires weren’t there. After two employees struggled with the iPad system, I was told I had received an email (which I never saw). For a $400 purchase and a scheduled appointment, I would expect at least a phone call or text if my order wasn’t fulfilled. My mother went in for an oil change only for them to break the bolt to the oil pan after changing the oil. They then tried to tell my mom she needed a new oil pan and bolt as it was broken when she brought it in. Well, if it was broken they how were they able to change the oil and why would they charge her? They attempted to get her to sign a document that would release them from any responsibility. Traveling through San Marcos today 7/2/25 headed back to New Mexico. Tire light comes on says driver side is at 25 pounds and dropping. I see Walmart #404 figure i will pop in and get this baby fixed. It's 5pm they close at 7pm plenty of time. One truck getting g it's oil changed all other days are empty.
