These people are awesome they were busy, but still managed to fit me in last minute tire repair thankful for zen and louis
They got me an appointment for a battery change and gave a reasonable price and everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you !
I always take my car to Walmart for oil changes, but today, the experience is horrific. I have been here since 1130am as a walk in and was told it would be a couple of hours, which I anticipated. It is now approaching 5pm and they re just now starting on my car. They seem to be terribly short staffed, but even the scheduled appointments are taking forever! Will have to reconsider my choice next time.
Horrible! Called at 1:30 asking if they’d be able to fit in an oil change today if I was there by 3:30 they said yes, took my car at 3:15 and asked again if they would be able to fit it in today and they told me 1.5 hours, went to check on it at 4:30 and they told me that they couldn’t get it done today (they close at 7!!) and were having attitude with me when they didn’t understand why I was upset! Should not have promised me that it could be done today if they couldn’t do it!!
Cody was very quick and helpful at checkout line !!
