They don’t have the type of engine oil for my Camry!!! 🤬!!!!! 👎🏽
I do have to say they can improve on answering their phones and returning back to the calls they place have on hold, I get they get busy but I waited for 33 minutes on hold. Having said that, their prices are excellent and their services are done in a professional manner. My tech was Dante, the nicest guy you can meet. Just called on the phone and the lady who picked up was so rude. Her attitude was awful and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by doing HER job. I understand not absolutely loving your job, but at least try to be nice and put your customer service voice on. I told her to have a nice day at the end of our phone to “kill her with kindness” and she was silent for 10 seconds afterwards and followed that with an “uh huh”. Absolutely ridiculous, if you are so miserable with the job you have, get a new one, but don’t take ... read more
