First off it would be nice if they answered their phone second of all it’s 5 o’clock they don’t close till seven so then wanting to hurry up and close and not be able to look at my vehicle is bullshit and then they wanna say they don’t have patches for my tire But they can plug it. Do not bring your car here. It is definitely Low price for an oil change, but at the end of the day, you will have a bigger problem in your car because of this place, we had to learn the hard way out of our four cars that we brought here three of them now have an oil leak.
Bought a lawn mower battery. Started tractor 3 times and that’s it with in 60 days. Brought it back and the rep said there was nothing he could do to help. To buy a new one. Going to tractor supply moving forward
Don’t waste your time cuz they will waste yours! Waited 45 min. Asked 4 times & 4 techs & no cars in stalls. Just standing around looking like they are busy on paperwork. When asked if anyone is going to help us we were asked if we had an appt. Like that should matter!? Nail in tire & walked in. Called the 800 # to complain. Hope they all get fired. Drove off w. I made an appointment and ordered two tires to be put on my truck. I even showed up early, only to find out my tires weren’t there. After two employees struggled with the iPad system, I was told I had received an email (which I never saw). For a $400 purchase and a scheduled appointment, I would expect at least a phone call or text if my order wasn’t fulfilled.
