I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Lehigh Acres Walmart Auto Center. I took my car in at 8 a.m. yesterday to have two tires replaced. I was told it would be ready by 3 p.m. — after waiting all day, I returned only to be told that the associate couldn’t perform the job because my car has wheel spacers and it would be a “liability.” Why wasn’t I told this from the beginning? I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. They originally said no they wouldn't take it. Then that's awesome dude was like what exactly is your problem? I explained I had a tire and I had a rim already off the car I just needed it mounted. Guy went out of his way and so did the mechanic that did the job when they didn't have to. Awesome guys!
October 21, 2025. Many mechanics called in sick. Only 2 mechanics on duty. 4 bays available but only 2 mechanics. The mechanics did their best with the situation, kudos to them!!
I order a full sets of tires for my suv and the make appointment to install it and when I went there the can't fine the tires so I cancel the order. And I order it to ship to my home and then make appointment when I get there only one person working in the shop my car take one and half hour to get in the shop and no vehicle was in the shop now when the vehicle get in the shop the say the can't take the lug nut off and manager no way to fine after 45 minutes and he say the can't install my tire beware from this walmart in leh... read more
