I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had an appointment for two tires, yet the installation process alone took close to two hours. From start to finish, the entire situation took about three hours when factoring in multiple unanswered phone calls, driving 20 minutes out of my way just to get an update, and waiting while staff searched for tires that were supposedly “delayed” but were actually already at the shop.
