I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had an appointment for two tires, yet the installation process alone took close to two hours. From start to finish, the entire situation took about three hours when factoring in multiple unanswered phone calls, driving 20 minutes out of my way just to get an update, and waiting while staff searched for tires that were supposedly “delayed” but were actually already at the shop. It literally was the worst experience of my life.. who took em three weeks and overdrafted my account?Because they charged me a hundred and forty three dollars. For a tire they did not have.. and it took away from my rent money.. which over drafted my account! They didn't seem to care. And I had a warranty, it was the woman that did that on purpose.. Extremely unhappy with my experience here. I went in to have a warranty honored on TPMS sensors. 6 months before I came to this location I had new tires installed at a wal mart in the San Diego area. Shortly after installation my TPMS sensors began malfunctioning and I have been too busy to until now to take in the any Walmart ACC for service. Horrific! 7 of us lined up in cars outside for 7am opening for oil changes. At 7am a person came out and had each car pull into the line and he asked if we had an appointment. No. And further, oil changes are done by appointment only. So, now to back out, all the cars behind us had to back up so we could back out. He continued to do this car after car. Pull in, back out.
