This location was better than the others walmart Auto. Once they chang the supervisor of this location, now start getting worse. He has attitude and always overfilled oil even if you tell him. he doesn't clean after his work and leaves the oil all over. Also, he filled the windshield washer reservoir with tap water.
I showed up at 7:30 am Monday morning of Memorial Day weekend. I had four tires installed. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone was polite. More importantly is that the job was done well.
Useless. Can’t even pick up the phone
The Brownsburg Walmart auto center employee, Mark, behaved very badly with me and he even closed the garage door on my shoulder, he threatened to call the police, and started video recording me to intimidate me to leave when I asked for a tire change. Mark started the entire conversation in a bad mood and was upset and angry the entire time when I was trying to explain the tire's expired warranty. I'm very distressed and disappointed.
