One star is too generous. Never coming back to the Walmart Tire Center again. I scheduled an appointment in advance, thinking it would save time and be convenient. Turns out, the appointment meant absolutely nothing. I showed up early, waited patiently, and no one came to assist. Not even to acknowledge I was there. What made it worse was that one of the mechanics actually saw me waiting, made eye contact—and then turned around and walked away like I didn’t exist. I live in Choctaw; Wanted an oil change; treated rudely by man checking vehicles in; left and went to Walmart in MWC; was treated professionally.
Simple nail in tire and I was first in line thinking it’s going to be a good day at Wal mart Auto😂. Boy was I wrong! Gonna make it short cause I think everyone in Choctaw can agree this place is a Joke! Hour into it they approach me that they locked keys in car and did I have spare. Not with me of course but had someone delivery to save them the expense of locksmith. Hour later extra key is there and of course they try to charge for flat repair after all that’s happened until I explain about putting me out on key situation.... read more
