Went for an oil change. Made an appointment. My car is registered - I get there and then they don’t have my oil - even though my car info is in their system. Then they tell me I have to buy individual quarts as opposed to a larger bottle. They basically were both incompetent and then robbed me making me pay at least twice as much than I normally would. Never again.
If you're gonna refuse my car, don't waste my time. Kept me waiting for 2 hours to tell me my car has the same small oil leak it's had since I got it. Was never an issue before. If you have a few hours to waste, and a car in literally perfect condition, this may be the place for you. For the remaining 90% of everyone, don't even bother. Go to the one off 287, change it yourself, or just go to jiffy lube. This location sucks.
I’d give 0 stars if I could after our experience today. We bought 2 brand new tires and had them installed on 12/31/2024 because we had gotten a flat and decided to just replace both back tires instead of just one back tire. We got the extra road hazard warranty just incase and well I walked out to one of the new tires being flat and I could not see the obvious reason and I use that car to take my son to school and pick him up, so when I noticed the flag I called this Walmart car care where I had the new tires installed and ... read more
