When you purchase tires here it comes with the claim of free balancing. However, when you come in to get them balanced it is basically a joke. You have to do the 'walk in service' between 7AM-1PM and just sit and wait and hope they will get you in. Everytime though they say it will be hours wait due to oil change appointments, and how many employees come in that day. Never answer the phone, but they're alright I guess
Pure laziness. This store is absolutely terrible. Went to go have a tire plugged that can easily be plugged. He looked at my tire off my 2023 ram with 30k miles says theyre dry rotted and he can't touch them. The marks weren't even half an inch. He wouldve had to work. I went to fleet farm bout a plug and plugged it myself.
People that work in automotive services are professional and patient. Highly recommend. They need to get rid of the automated cancellations though. Have a human being call and explain what’s going on.
