Pure laziness. This store is absolutely terrible. Went to go have a tire plugged that can easily be plugged. He looked at my tire off my 2023 ram with 30k miles says theyre dry rotted and he can't touch them. The marks weren't even half an inch. He wouldve had to work. I went to fleet farm bout a plug and plugged it myself.
People that work in automotive services are professional and patient. Highly recommend. They need to get rid of the automated cancellations though. Have a human being call and explain what’s going on.
I needed to get the state-mandated emission testing done for vehicle registration. Gio and Tavion were able to get me in and complete the testing, with no issues. I'm very impressed with the level of service. Walmart probably doesn't get much from the state and their vendor to complete this testing, so to have the team get me in and out with no hassle, was great. I'll consider this location for other vehicle services in the future.
Best Walmart I’ve been to for auto services. I had previously been going to the Walmart on 27th St. and they were not as friendly or helpful as Gio and the techs that worked on my car here. I recently complained of a slow air leak in one of my tires that required me to put air in my tire once a week.
