TORREE & GIO were both so helpful!!!!! Gio was patient and knowledgeable. Torree’s customer care skills are beyond amazing: detailed, knowledgeable, courteous and so helpful. Shout out to the whole team! Much appreciated.
Never answer the phone, but they're alright I guess
Pure laziness. This store is absolutely terrible. Went to go have a tire plugged that can easily be plugged. He looked at my tire off my 2023 ram with 30k miles says theyre dry rotted and he can't touch them. The marks weren't even half an inch. He wouldve had to work. I went to fleet farm bout a plug and plugged it myself.
People that work in automotive services are professional and patient. Highly recommend. They need to get rid of the automated cancellations though. Have a human being call and explain what’s going on.
