Mike was extremely helpful and attentive with my car.
I got a 75 oil change that’s supposed to include courtesy services. Not one of those was completed. Very disappointed. Oil change only took 10 minutes. I appreciate the speed, but that was way too fast. I’m not sure what i got now.
I would recommend the Menomonee Falls, Walmart Auto Care center to anybody every single staff in that department is beyond helpful. The atmosphere is amazing even when they are busy they are still attentive while you wait. I purchased my tires less than a year ago and just recently damaged one they reminded me not only did my warranty include a lifetime for the tires, but also tire rotation I could not think them enough and my new tire cost me nothing herb and Mike are the best
I honestly never thought of Germantown WalMart for auto tires. I'm glad I went there, price was great and the service was excellent. Arrived a few minutes early, they took my car right away. Walked around the store, 45 minutes later I get a text. My car is done. Couldn't believe it. My new place to go from now on. The guys there are very friendly. Other garages will not see me anymore. Keep up the great work guys!
