They done exactly as I asked and were nice and respectful
Had my son's van towed here and was told they would have to order the tires, but that we could leave it there. Found out that the tires were never ordered. Got them ordered ( have to say, Brandon was helpful with this), but when they arrived, the store claimed they couldn't put them on the van due to front end damage! They waited till the tires came in to tell me this. I had the van towed to the nearby Express lube and was out of there in two hours. Don't waste your time here!
Super annoyed with this location. There have been multiple issues over the years. I continued to give them multiple chances solely based on convenience. Today, I went early to have my tires rotated and my oil changed. I’ve had issues where they said they rotated them but didn’t (i mark my tires). That has caused me to buy unnecessary additional tires.
