Total waste of time. I booked an oil change online, got 3 text reminders, and left work early to get there on time. When I showed up, a rude employee bluntly told me they "aren't doing oil changes today" and just walked away. Then, to top it off, I started getting emails and texts accusing me of missing my appointment! They refuse to do the work, then blame the customer in their system to cover their tracks. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing here. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Never go to this place. Very unprofessional and has no knowledge of the work their preforming.
To preface; if I could give separate review specifically for the people who actually do the auto work in the garage, it would be 5/5. They all know their stuff. They see you, they help you. Their service is quick and professionally done. The auto guys themselves are wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend a service here if you can help it. Having an appointment is worthless at this location, as my vehicle had been sitting for over an hour and 15 minutes and counting for a simple oil change. They claim my vehicle was not started due to needing to update the kind of oil used with my permission, however, once I came back to the auto care center, it took another 30 minutes after my verbal approval for them to start on my car. I doubt that the service given will inspire me to change my review, but waiting this... read more
