After waiting over 30 minutes for them to do an oil change, I go to ask how much longer they think it will take. they proceeded to tell me they can't do it because they don't have the filter. So they pulled my car out and send me on my way. One I got home I noticed these morons left my oil cap on the hood. Very disappointed!
