I wouldn’t recommend a service here if you can help it. Having an appointment is worthless at this location, as my vehicle had been sitting for over an hour and 15 minutes and counting for a simple oil change. They claim my vehicle was not started due to needing to update the kind of oil used with my permission, however, once I came back to the auto care center, it took another 30 minutes after my verbal approval for them to start on my car. I doubt that the service given will inspire me to change my review, but waiting this... read more
Terrible experience. I showed up for my 8am appointment and the auto center appeared closed (mind you they open at 7am) and apparently there was only one worker, sitting in the dark. I had to ask 2 separate people if there were other technicians available to help. I guess these people can show up whenever and not inform their customers that they may or may not come in. They “promised” for me to be the first car they could work in at 10am when the rest of the employees would come in. Came back, again, at 9:50am and surprise s... read more
Well it's exactly what you'd expect out of this location. By far the worst Walmart in North Alabama. Avoid it altogether if you can, especially the Automotive Department. They'll just ignore you and eventually, lick up the phone and then hang up.
The guys were nice and got the job done quickly
Took 3 hours and still left with the same problem I arrived with I had a flat tire on passenger rear and they put it on the driver rear when you could hear the tire hissing so I told them no you put the wrong tire on the wrong side so the geniuses decided to just swap the wheels and tires from driver to passenger and vice versa so I’m still left with a bad tire I go out the next morning and what do you know my tire is flat again if you can’t get something so simple as this correct should you really have a tire and lube shop ... read more
