Chandler and Harvery in the Automotive department great customer service. I really appreciate the quick turnaround time.
They took every single minute in the 2 hour wait installing my tires. Left my car seat out of position, handprints on my inner door pull handle and steering wheel. One of the weights slung off my 1 week old tire install. Taking my tires the ford dealership to ha e them "balanced" and use proper weights for alloy wheels. Walmart is really putting a nasty, taste in my mouth. Terrible experience. Made an appointment at 1pm to get two new tires installed. Checked in, or so I thought at 1245 and the car went into the bay. Around 1pm everyone went to lunch. At 2pm someone came up to asking if I was checked in, and I fact I was not. So finally I was checked in. My car didn’t have anyone working it until 220pm, also not with a little help from me showing them what tools and parts to use to lift the car, gain access to the lugs, etc… this experience was absolutely terrible.
