ONE STAR FOR POOR STAFFING. Workers in the Tire and Auto are competent, friendly, and helpful - service is professional overall, but there’s simply NO excuse for not staffing to meet demands. This is a direct reflection on poor management; they must not be paying their workers enough.
Made an appointment to get my wife's tires (2) changed. Arrived at 1545hrs for my 1600hrs appointment. 1815hrs and the back tires are still not on my vehicle. Was told approximately an hour to do the work. So I foolishly made an appointment at 1800hrs which I am obviously missed. Asked the technician that was working and was pretty much brushed off "we only have one technician doing 2 cars". Would be nice to get an update vs me having to search out the problem.
Josè was our technician who changed our oil this morning. Polite, thorough and efficient! Thank you!
