They were top notch! I brought them in what should have been a routine job that turned into what I can only imagine was kind of a nightmare for them. I feel they went above and beyond! They were patient with me, they explained my options, they gave me honest answers to ALL of my questions ;) on top of getting the job done in impressive timing. I'll probably be getting my tires there for a while.

completely incompetent service. waited in 28 degree weather out in the car for 2 hours just so they can put a tire on the rim. watched 3 of them play on their phones for 2 hours instead of doing their job. this is what happens when mechanics are paid hourly instead of by-job.

Walmart Auto Center never answers their phones. I know there’s almost always someone near the register who could pick up, but instead, they let it ring for 10 minutes until someone from a completely different department answers and says, ‘Well, they aren’t answering; I’ll try to page them.’ Even after being paged, they still don’t answer. If you want to call to check prices, don’t bother—you’ll just need to go in.
