Website says no appointment required for oil change but was told that you need an appointment and the latest was the next 2 days
What’s the point of appointments if they do not respect them? Made one for 8:30am (they open at 7:00) and was told there are no mechanics/technicians until 11. (Okay can I wait until then maybe? No we have other appointments, the sooner we can accommodate is the following week, you have to make an appointment)
HORRIBLE! WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Where can I even start? When I first got there I had an appointment (one of my many appts I had to make to even be seen and I was waiting in line to check in and the check in person started helping other people that had gotten there after me, pretty much ignoring me.
