Completed job in less than half an hr
The employees I met and interacted with were nice and patient but man besides that this place is very dysfunctional. I even made an appointment and came early and it took them over 2 hours to do very simple task. Only had 2 guys running around trying to do everything, I felt bad for them. If I worked here I would quit immediately. You get what you pay for
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They made 3 appts and could not be bothered to tell us they didn't have the parts. Got there are were turned away. Do not use.
The customer service is poor. They won’t let you know when your car is ready. Besides the cost, they’re really isn’t much upside to going here.
