Wow! What a Sea change!! No doubt the service earlier was lousy at Walmart Auto. However this time, it was a pleasant surprise. I booked online. Easy process. They kept reminding. When we arrived for oil change, the employee came to car and talked about oil change options. No hard sell! One I decided on Oil, handed over the keys. No paperwork. It's a normal Walmart that sells parts. The batteries have good prices. They don't offer installation

I came to replace all four tires, the process was smooth and the workers were relatively nice about the process. However, how are they going to have 3 technicians (Cheyenne E., Joshua C., and Ashraf A.) working on my car and not tighten my lugnuts properly. I went an entire week driving around before I noticed a worrying sound. I check my tires and was able to twist the lug nuts by hand; this is ridiculous.
