I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center. I went in for a routine service that should have been quick, but it turned into a frustrating mess. The wait time was excessive, communication was poor, and the staff appeared disorganized. brought my 2015 Subaru Forester to the Walmart Auto Center for a routine oil change on december17 at 3pm. What should have been a simple service turned into a nightmare. First, I waited nearly 3 hours. No one communicated with me until 4:50 PM - over an hour and a half after I arrived - when I was finally told they didn’t have the oil in stock. Went there at 4:25pm for an oil change. The lady working check-in told us they would have us in within 1.5hrs and to wait in the waiting area. At 6:30pm, after waiting 2hrs, she says they are understaffed and would not be able to get us in. TACKY SERVICE,waste of our valuable time, overpromising, underdelivering! We won’t EVER be back.
I asked if they could replace my valve on my rim because it was leaking. They said yes. After 4 hours they call and say there is nothing they can do because my tire has dry rot. I told them I have new tires but the tire has nothing to do with a valve. The two are completely unrelated. They said unless I buy a new tire from them they won't fix my valve. Worst customer service ever. I will never again take or recommend anyone go there unless you want your whole week ruined. Very rude and obnoxious . Unprofessional
