told us to wait 3 hours for a tire change and none of the workers r working
Refused to fix my tire that had a screw in the tread without an appointment which you can not place one for with that type of issue.
So, there now a register over by the cosmetics and personal hygiene area. The associate that works over in that area was super helpful, and she was more than a great associate when I needed assistance. She was able to check me out like they do in electronics, and helped me avoid the walk all the way down to the other end since they had the self checkout on the west side of the store closed off.
