Had my tires changed here. Had a great experience with Frenchy, who checked me in and was extremely kind and finished the job quickly. He let me know that I was all paid up in advance and ready to go. However when my car was finished and I went to get the keys, lady at the desk (Rhiannon) said I owed for installation even though I had prepaid for it. Long story short: Couldnt get my oil changed because they were out of stock for the oil and oil filter, even though I made an appointment. I made an appointment and selected the full synthetic oil change for $62. When I arrived, I was told it was out of stock and was recommended the $72 high-mileage oil instead. This is the third time this has happened, so I’m unsure if it is truly an inventory issue or an upsell. staff is behaving very badly
Do whatever you can to avoid this place.
Takes forever to get anything done, 2 hours & 23 minutes for an oil change, always on brake & smoking in the back, I won't be back, very unprofessional
