I booked my appointment for 11:00 AM for changing new tyres, checked in 10:55 AM. They haven’t even started to work on my after 1.5 hrs, what is the point in booking advance reservation? I would have appreciated if they have communicated well before check in and ask me to come later. Needs improvement.
Romeo is friendly , efficient and goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant and professional experience for customers. He was on his break but cut it short to help us since there was no one else available. He does everything with a smile. We have never had a bad experience at Walmart Automotive but it was extra pleasant to encounter Romeo today.
