Just because someone doesn’t own the business doesn’t mean they should be rude to customers. The asian guy at the counter sucks. He literally wastes people’s time by keeping them in line when no one is there and finishing his unnecessary errands while keeping us waiting. He would cut you off in the middle of the conversation and don’t let you finish telling your car issues. I have been charged extra for TPMS service lights yet they didn’t fix it and when asked him, he told me it would go away by itself when it didn’t happen ... read more
