Absolute waste of time. Bought two sets of tires here last year, and one of them started leaking air almost immediately. I brought the car back three separate times, and every single time they claimed they couldn't find an issue while the tire continued to lose pressure. Finally took it to a proper tire shop today, and they diagnosed and fixed the leak in 30 minutes. If you actually need technical competence or customer service for automotive work, skip Walmart entirely.
Purchased 4 tires and made an appt for installation. Less than 24 hours before appt, received email notification that the appt was cancelled because only 3 of 4 tires were delivered. Pleasanton Walmart and 1800walmart referred back to one another saying they could not do anything to price match or reduce price because it was an online order. Spent an extra $300 so I could keep my appt. Busy life schedule replacing my wife’s tires on my day off before a long road trip. Service was also slow for an 8 am appt.
Got there Monday afternoon, needed help purchasing and installing a car battery. Romeo helped us pick one out, and installed our battery right away. He was professional, patient, and courteous, great experience overall!!
Called and asked if it was busy and Jabree or however you spell it was very rude and short with me. I always nice to everyone but this guy has a bad attitude for no reason at all.
