Be prepared to wait at least 1.5 hours for an oil change
3 hours here.. they are supposed to replace the battery and an oil change. Only TWO cars in front of me, they told me 40 minutes and it was 3 hours… I really recommend everyone to just leave the car and wait for them to you…
I was trying to be patient but to many issues in this one run, as a ex tech, service techs and parts/shipping and receiving department where all over the place, and There seem to be a mishap with the shipping and receiving team, ordered winter/all weather tires for our move up north and was saying they need to ship the tires back. Mind you I ordered the tires online on Walmarts website and made an appointment for 10 am for them to be mounted and balanced. Battery went out and was able to find what I needed for my vehicle at an affordable price. Auto clerks were attentive and helpful. I surely recommend this store.
