Benjamin was great at the Auto Care! He informed me of everything going on and was able to show me the damage on my tire. He was kind and calm and made the unfortunate of tire repairs smooth! I have had multiple issues with Walmart Auto Care Edinburg not having the best customer service. This experience was very different! He deserves a raise!!
HI OMAR WENT OUT HIS WAY TO HELP ME WITH MY CHARGER. FROM FINDING ME IN STORE TO SHOWING ME WHAT HE PERSONALLY USES TO CLEAN HIS RAM TRUCK! AMAZING GUY AND SERVICE
Be prepared to wait at least 1.5 hours for an oil change
3 hours here.. they are supposed to replace the battery and an oil change. Only TWO cars in front of me, they told me 40 minutes and it was 3 hours… I really recommend everyone to just leave the car and wait for them to you…
I was trying to be patient but to many issues in this one run, as a ex tech, service techs and parts/shipping and receiving department where all over the place, and There seem to be a mishap with the shipping and receiving team, ordered winter/all weather tires for our move up north and was saying they need to ship the tires back. Mind you I ordered the tires online on Walmarts website and made an appointment for 10 am for them to be mounted and balanced.
