Got a message on my car saying "Add 1 qt of oil". Was confused as to why this message came about when I got oil service at this place just a month ago. When I pulled up to the auto center, one of the men asked me what i wanted and i told him my situation. He straight up shows attitude and says "that's your responsibility to fill it up". Called the auto center today and advised I will have a car towed in that has a flat tire, as I have done in the past. The guy who answered said no. I asked if I can give the year, make and model for a tire quote and was told I would need the tire size only. The idiot on the phone was very unhelpful and just lazy. I called Discount tire and immediately received great customer service and assistance. The idiot who answered the phone this afternoon should have just skipped work today if he wasn’t going to be helpful.
Affordable and great service by the team.
Was laughed at for not being able to lift a car battery. Told by someone outside I needed to go inside to check in. Told by the manager inside I needed to check in outside. Basically was told they didn’t want me there lol. I’m not a Karen my car just won’t start lol.
