The management and professionalism of the manager in the auto care center is the best I have seen at any Walmart.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I went to this Walmart Auto Center back in April for an oil change. I even left work early to make the appointment. The service took about an hour. As soon as I left and started driving home, my car started making a weird noise and wouldn’t go over 15 mph. I had to pull over and when I got out, there was a puddle of oil under my car, so that should have been a warning right there. I recently called ahead to the auto department to ask about the cost of a new tire and installation. I was given a clear price over the phone. However, once I arrived, the price suddenly jumped by an extra $150 with no reasonable explanation. When I calmly expressed my concern and mentioned what I had been told earlier, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, basically acting like it wasn’t their problem.
