Waited over an hour to tell me that they didn't have a special tool to do my oil change on my 2016 Jetta. I thought something was already up when they couldn't search for a year 2016 Jetta in the system. Never again....
I had my van towed in at 4pm on a Saturday, but they closed the tire department. They were supposed to be open until 7pm. I come back in on Sunday at 10 and my van is still sitting in the parking lot on the flat. I have them start the flat repair and go home for an hour. I come back and they have driven my van on the flat, on the rim into the bay.
Stopped in for flat tire repair. Nothing happened for almost 2 hours. I checked where my van was at that point and it hasn't been moved at all. And there is no one at the counter to talk to.
This place is a joke. A joke on me.
