I don’t know why Walmart Austin Peay or the Auto Service Center has a published phone number because No One ever answers. It will ring and ring until an automated message states it is a busy time and try later…no matter what time of the day you call! I wonder how people call to check status of their car repair?!? They never opened on time
PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE BY THIS WALMART AUTO DEPARTMENT!!!!! At a certain time in the afternoon and during the summer, they become over worked, tired and lazy and don’t feel like doing vehicles, so they will lie about you having an oil leak. I know for a fact, there’s no oil leak on my vehicle. I ALWAYS get two and three options from other shops to test that oil change theory out and Walmart auto service stay lying.
