4 hours waiting for an oil change, the only thing i saw the workers did was just going to get water and that's it, because i just saw 1 person working and 6 cars inside. Never come here to get a service
We came only to an oil change and a little air for the tires, they made us wait 4 hours for an oil change and they did not pour air to the tires and a red-haired employee gave us a horrible treatment in the form of her tone of voice and way of looking at us and we just didn't see that they did anything to the car within these 4 hours, she gave us I recommend you go to this place is very bad the treatment and your work very bad please if you are going to make oil changes I recommend you do it yourself because I only saw one p... read more
45 minutos perdidos, esperando un cambio de tires y me dicen que no pueden porque si una cosa o la otra, consejo si no van hacer el trabajo hablen con tiempo y no hagan perder el tiempo que uno hace la cita para ser atendido en tiempo porque el tiempo es oro.
Will never take my vehicle back over there ever first time I went I told them my vehicle requires mobile one synthetic with a Toyota filter do not change it unless you have the Toyota filter they said okay they changed it and put a cheap filter on it. And no telling what type of oil. Today I went by to get it changed they said they couldn't change it because they did not have a oil filter wrench for a spin on oil filter lol really it's always something with these guys.
