Super sad to give a low review here.. About a year ago I had amazing quick and honest service. My car is sitting on the side of the road called multiple places to get a new tire asap. Came in spoke to the guy he gave me a quote of About 30min. No appt. It's now been WAY over and I am being told oh we have appointments. Super poor communication and employees that apparently are seeing a different schedule everytime it's opened. Cross threaded 2 of my lugs by over torquing. Absolutely refused to acknowledge that is was their fault in anyway. Called all the way up to the store manager who was extremely rude. Guess that's why he works at Walmart. Do not go here.
I walk in to get a tire rotation and oil change. I get asked if I have an appointment. I say no. I get told it'll be a couple of hours. Mind you, this is at 8:30ish on a Sunday with empty bays and no other customers in the lot. Absolutely mind-boggling.
Superb customer service at this Loveland, Colorado Walmart Supercenter Auto Care Department. Quote provided on call I made before dropping vehicle off, wait was 1 hour while vehicle was serviced, detailed explanation of condition of vehicle and what they did for it was given to me when checking out, clean neat workers polite and friendly, highly recommend this group of workers to other consumers. Extremely incompetent service. Originally scheduled a tire change. 1 employee allegedly called in sick and no one is cross trained to operate registers. Waited for 30 mins while being constantly told 'soon. Had work, rescheduled the next day. Next day they do not have my correct order, because they can't figure out which tires I have. I ORDERED THE TIRES WITH THE EXACT SAME SHOP LESS THEN A YEAR AGO, HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE RECORDS ON OUR OWN WORK? I do not recommend for any auto related services.
