I called them twice and both times it rang they picked up and immediately hung up on me without a word...rude and unprofessional. Was going to buy 4 tires but because of this I purchased somewhere else. I might report this to corporate in Bensonville as well as regional manager.

Went in to see about tires for my car. When i asked what options they had, she told me they have plenty of options and to look online for specifics about my car, and walked away. I mentioned the bad attitude to my shopping buddy and she said "oh that's the manager, she's always like that, don't take it personally"... so i went online and ordered tires. Jumped thru all the Walmart hoops. Made the order. They took the money from my card, but canceled the order so fast the cancelation email came thru before the purchase email!!... read more
