I went in to have new tires put on my car. While I was in the store shopping waiting for the tires to be put on my car. Apparently, one of there. Employees in the automotive department decided it was a good idea to steal out of my car. I have it on camera, as I have cameras in my car, which they should have obviously seen. I had a new set of tires put on my car 3 weeks ago ..They balance them 3 different times and still couldn't get it correct..I brought to hammond walmart and the said it was way off and got it done right.
Bought an in stock tire and set an appointment to have it installed on the Walmart app. Got there and they said that they couldn't install a 22" tire that they had in stock. The "supervisor" Rashanna said she didn't have a supervisor over her and that she wasn't dealing with the issue and walked away.
Kaemond has great customer service. I had an issue with my car and he patiently helped me as much as he could. Kaemond is a gift to the Walmart auto care center in Ponchatoula. Thank you.
