Had my oil changed yesterday 4/18 as I was passing through, got to my destination 4/19 and noticed a huge puddle of oil underneath vehicle, got underneath to check it out and the idiots must have lost my drain plug and used a smaller one with gasket maker all around it, will definitely be making some calls on mo day
Took my truck in for an oil change and the drain plug (nut) wasn't even tied had oul spilled. Walmart autocare suxs. Dont recommend this place.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! I have been here for 2 hours waiting on an oil change. There were only 3 cars in front of me when I pulled in. My vehicle has been in the bay for 1hr and 25mins, and I was just told that it will be at least 15 more minutes. They have not even drained the oil yet. I will update next week when we get this oil changed.
