I have the lifetime rotation and balancing and upon departure I didn't know they didn't balance the tires. In addition, I have hub caps and when I got home, I discovered I lost one. I inspected the other 3 and they were barely hanging on. This was the worse tire rotation and non balance I have ever experienced. If they can't take ownership or have pride in their work, they should not work for the public.
Terrible! Was told it would be an hour wait with no one in front of me. An hour in and I got a call saying they didn't have the tires we agreed on. It took an additional 2 hours to install the other set picked out. Once I took possession of my truck I noticed my spare key was missing from my center console. They went to the back of their shop and the technician had it in his pocket. Was told lost prevention would get back with me over the situation and have still not heard back from them.
Friendly staff
Brought in a battery still under warranty that went bad. The lady at the service desk acted like it was her money and gave me a hard time about giving me the pro-rated refund. She was rude and unprofessional . Not only was she ugly to me but a man that was ahead of me.They need to put her in the back or fire her cause she obviously doesn't do well with others. So do yourself a favor and go to the service center at the Walmart on the Houston Hwy.
