Don’t go here! Walked in to get new batteries for my diesel truck. Told the guy in the bay what I needed and he sent me inside. 10 minutes later, he and another guy finally got to me. Told them again what I needed and the first guy said, “no, you said you wanted to exchange batteries”. He then continued to argue with me over what I said. Then he said pull into the bay. Went in to exchange a lawnmower battery. Mary Jane was rude during the first experience. Then charged us for the exact battery we brought back. When we realized it and went back she had a shitty attitude and tried to act like it was our fault. I can't believe they allow TEAM LEADS to act like that towards their CUSTOMERS.
I have the lifetime rotation and balancing and upon departure I didn't know they didn't balance the tires. In addition, I have hub caps and when I got home, I discovered I lost one. I inspected the other 3 and they were barely hanging on. This was the worse tire rotation and non balance I have ever experienced. If they can't take ownership or have pride in their work, they should not work for the public.
Terrible! Was told it would be an hour wait with no one in front of me. An hour in and I got a call saying they didn't have the tires we agreed on. It took an additional 2 hours to install the other set picked out. Once I took possession of my truck I noticed my spare key was missing from my center console. They went to the back of their shop and the technician had it in his pocket. Was told lost prevention would get back with me over the situation and have still not heard back from them.
